Job Purpose and Impact

The Deployment Lead – ERP Program & Governance will lead the development, management and execution of ERP program governance structure to align program outcomes, objectives and technical goals with key stakeholders to deliver necessary business outcomes. In this role, you will provide advanced knowledge, thought leadership and governance for key partners in the related space to drive deployment excellence through ERP program governance methods.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the overall development of excellence team goals and objectives that will be targeted to meet the strategic goals with an effective program governance.

  • Partner collaboratively and influence key stakeholders related to the development and deployment of strategic program approaches and establish program governance procedures for critical decision-making activities.

  • Foster business and customer partnerships to support strategic and systemic changes, bridge technology gaps and collaborate in defining and reviewing program progress, performance thresholds of each phase (entry and exit criteria) and project management activities.

  • Monitor and report on the status of deployment excellence practices, performance metrics and goals, overall business impact of projects within the portfolio and programs and identify variances to plans and execute corrective actions as appropriate.

  • Develop and employ governance scalable standards for the programs, detailed procedures for ANH´s based on site / location categories and processes to monitor scope, time, cost and advance techniques of management including earned value, estimates to complete, critical path activities, etc.

  • Identify, lead and influence optimization activities and review and recommend process changes and train the regional resources in managing the ERP deployment program for leadership updates and regular communication cadence across project teams, stakeholders, leadership and business users.

  • Provide thought leadership in the development of the integrated roadmap and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness and commitment to ongoing enhancements, optimizations and value realization activities.

  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of related work experience, with demonstrated proficiency in project management and SAP deployment, and working experience globally with functional and business partners

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify performance gaps and root causes

  • Experience to organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and determine resource requirements

  • Participate in identifying and resolving obstacles to complete project on time and to budget

  • Develops and delivers multi mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

Short Description

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
