AmeriMed Infusion Pharmcy in West Chester, Ohio, Now Hiring Fulltime Client Relations Executive
AmeriMed provides home infusion therapy services to help patients safely transition care to their home, alleviating long and unnecessary stays in the hospital. Through our experienced and professional pharmacy team at AmeriMed we provide total care for our patients. Working directly with physicians, we are able to manage a variety of diseases and conditions in a homecare setting. Our goal is to help each patient be an active participant in their care. Through education and partnership with each patient and their caregivers, we teach our patients how to effectively manage their therapy and provide ongoing oversight, coordination and support throughout their therapy

Responsibilities
AmeriMed Infusion Pharmacy is Now Hiring a Full-time Client Relations Executive for the West Chester, Ohio branch location. No Weekends!
As a Client Relations (CRE) is the voice of the customer and observes and reports trends, changes, and new opportunities, to assist the company with planning and executing business strategies.
Must meet or exceed established monthly admission target(s) as provided by their supervisor and determined by the branch monthly budget.
Identifies and qualifies relationships within regional territory with a focus on hospital systems, physician practices, hospice providers and managed care organizations.
Develops and maintains relationships with key customer sources through regular contact and follow-up procedures.
Acts as the key contact for client troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
Responsible for developing and working a yearly business plan for the region that includes strategies for exceeding established budgets and goals.
Communicates to branch(es) on a daily basis to give and receive vital client information.
Completes reports detailing field activity and results on a weekly basis.
Assists in proposal preparation and presentation.
Analyzes and makes recommendations for contracts.
Assists with educating the community about services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or comparable business experience.
Minimum of one year of related sales experience, preferably in a health care/medical field.
Excellent sales work experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong knowledge of computer-based applications, including Microsoft
Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and territory management systems.
Excellent time management, organizational, administrative and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and interdependently.
Ability to travel, valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance coverage according to organization policy.
Pay Range
$27.45 - $39.80 /hour
