DXC Technology Supply Chain (SC) – Business Analyst in Williamsville, New York

Job Description:

Role: Supply Chain (SC) – Business Analyst

  • Location: This position is Onsite (Buffalo, New York or Schenectady, New York)

  • Must work US Eastern Hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST)

  • US citizen or GC or H1B

  • Resource will be dedicated to US Supply Chain

Critical Skillsets (Mandatory):

Mandatory Proven Work History - 3-5 years of proven work experience.

Technical Skills/Experience:

  • Grocery, Consumer/Retail solution/industry experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst

  • Well-rounded analyst with some understanding of coding and development (don’t have to be a developer)

  • Grocery EXE knowledge an extreme plus

  • Warehousing & Direct Store Delivery (DSD)

  • Invoice processing

  • Labor Scheduling & Reporting

  • Data analysis & manipulation

  • Store Orders, Scheduling & Invoicing

  • Scan Based Trading integration

  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques

  • Expertise in Visio or related tools

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on requirements gathering, creation, validation, developing flow diagrams

  • Collaborate with business stake holders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements

  • Conduct requirement meetings to gather information on current processes and future business needs

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

  • Independent worker, with strong pro-active communication and follow through skills

  • Clear Communication – Verbal/Written

  • Team Player

  • Self-Starter / Detailed
