What Would You Do?

Working closely with the project manager, the incumbent will provide support to the Sales team with quoting, pricing, invoicing, and shipping for commercial seating to clients around the world. The successful candidate will demonstrate clear communication, teamwork and organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Primary duties and responsibilities of this position are outlined below:

  • Provide Quotes and Invoice for projects;

  • Liaise with Logistics in obtaining quotes for shipping, facilitating shipments and setting Quote and Delivery targets

  • Collaborate with Credit Team to manage Project Invoices, Credits, VCBS and Customer Payment; Terms, including scheduling of Project Credit holds and releases;

  • Order entry for all the projects and coordinating with the product manager for the production scheduling;

  • Maintain the necessary Administrative Documentation for her position;

  • Create Customer Order, Inventory and Sales Reports as needed;

  • Keep updated the price list for the product and after sales parts;

  • Manage the CRM as the Super-users and provide ongoing training.
