Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively.
Responsibilities
Leads and/or provides expertise to Contra project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies within the area of responsibility.
Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
Performs complex and occasionally highly complex contra analysis for CEE Market, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.* Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation.
Participates in design, testing and implementation of new Contra tools and calculations.
Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
