As a General Operator, you'll be an integral part of a production team reporting directly to the Production Specialist. Your role will involve diverse tasks across different seasons from rework and returns to seed packaging and inventory management. Responsibilities of the General Operator:

• Assist with rework, returns and box wash repair
• Perform basic computer tasks
• Follow seasonal work assignments, including seed inspection, packaging and inventory management
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of quality and productivity

Qualifications and Requirements for the General Operator position:

• Knowledge of production agriculture and plant operations preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy
• Willingness to work long hours and rotational shifts
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in various weather conditions
